Michael Willes

Michael Paul Willes is a Son-in-law of  Max F. Hartle and Beverly Dawn Hartle, and is married to their third daughter.

While in High School Michael was a superb athlete, excelling in both football and wrestling.  After graduating from High School Michael was employed in a number of different positions in engineering, construction, customer service, etc. while he was deciding the direction he wanted to go professionally.  He decided on education, and Michael earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education from Southern Utah University of Cedar City, Utah.  That degree has now been supplemented by a Masters Degree in Education as well as now having met all requirements for his Administrative Certificate, with plans in the future of moving up the ladder in Educational Administration.  Michael has been a professional educator in public elementary schools since 1994, and has taught all ages and ability levels. He is revered as one of the most beloved and respected teachers in the School District.  Because of his athletic and people skills, he was asked to serve the needs of his area as the High School Wrestling Coach, which he has done since 1995.  During this time he and his wife have been involved in raising four children.  Many times over the past years when the Max Hartle Company has needed his help, he has been willing to pitch in, and was intimately involved in the huge Tooele Army Depot Consolidated Maintenance Equipment appraisal.  His organizations skills, athletic background, excellent people skills, and a broad work background provide expertise is helping the Max Hartle Company better serve the personal property appraisal needs of their customers.  Because of his commitment to education, it isn’t expected that Michael will be involved full-time with the Max Hartle Company, but during the summers or other time permitting, and as the need arises, Michael’s expertise is available for the Company and for you.
