*For your ease and convenience, information can be submitted on the Desktop Appraisal Order Form or directly to us by e-mail. If submitting by e-mail please include all necessary information. For Desktop Appraisal over multiple items, please provide the information by e-mail.
Please provide the following information by submitting equipment information below or emailing the information to donamae@maxhartle.com:
By submitting the Desktop Appraisal Form, the submitter is engaging in a legal and binding contract with the Max Hartle Company LLC and agrees to pay the applicable fees within 30 days of the completion of the contracted appraisal.
When ordering a Desktop Appraisal please provide as accurate and complete information about the item(s) as possible. Once the required information has been submitted, The Max Hartle Company LLC will confirm your request by email and will guarantee the completion of the appraisal within five (5) business days from the time that sufficient and accurate information has been received. Please note that appraisals of custom equipment or in excess of 20 items may require more than five (5) business days to complete.
In some cases, payment must be received prior to the delivery of the completed appraisal. Certain conditions may apply. Pricing may vary for custom or specialty equipment with terms and conditions agreed upon prior to the commencement of the appraisal project.
In a Desktop Appraisal, it is understood that the appraisers HAVE NOT personally inspected the equipment items involved. Values established for the desktop appraisal are based on the information provided to the appraisers by the requesting party. “Desktop” values therefore may not be as accurate as Onsite Appraisal Values. The appraisers will research and obtain value information through the normal course of business exercising due diligence. We disclaim any liability for discrepancies that may arise due to the lack of adequate or accurate information. The value approach that will be used will be a "Current/Fair Market Value," which represents the value of an asset in today's market conditions as it meets the needs of the present owner and will continue to be so used in such manner in the future. Additional value approaches may be provided at the request of the requesting party for an additional fee as indicated in the pricing list above. Contact the Max Hartle Company LLC for further information at (435) 896-6222. Due to the nature and amount of the research required, we are not able to offer Desktop Appraisal services for extensive water right and grazing permit valuations.
